SUBJECT:
A Call for Total Transformation of Hindustan:
Governance,
National Goals, Conduct & Content of Democracy, Leadership and Strategies of
Nation Building - all must be reformed.
To
Hindu Youth and Activists;
The discriminatory and
unequal religion based governance in India devised by the modern rulers
undermines the Constitution, national unity and the democratic system. It is
extremely punitive and harsh for the tolerant and non-violent Hindu society
which, as we fully understand, is literally faced with an existential dilemma.
This predicament has immediate yet adverse bearing upon the unity and the
security of the country. Hindu Activists more importantly the Youth, in defense
of Hindus, themselves must take up the challenge for transforming the country's
governing apparatus into a truly democratic and equitable system and replace the
tired and self oriented Leaders who have failed to fulfill the aspirations of
the nation. Your challenge is to guide the citizens towards a new destiny of
Hindustan
in which a billion people live in unison for a bright and secure future.
Tolerating and accepting degeneration of Hinduism and its glorious culture has
the potential of leading the country towards national disintegration and
subjugation of Hindus.
The
question of survival is a fundamental issue for any society. It is more so for
the Hindu civilization of
India which is faced with continuous yet relentless attacks from north, south,
east and west. Time and again in India’s recent past Jihadi enemies poured in to
her densely populated towns and cities and bombed, killed and maimed thousands
upon thousands of Hindus, Sikhs, Jews and Buddhists. Millions of them were
driven from their traditional habitat and made refugees. Furthermore, thousands
of Hindus are forcefully and deceptively converted by the missionary mafia.
What has made this threat all the more worrisome is that the pseudo secularists,
foreign inspired Islamists and communists have also joined hands with divisive
forces for debilitating the nation from within. Clearly the defenders of true
Indian society are confronted by an alarming development which cannot be ignored
or dismissed summarily. The cool, calm, serious and immediate consideration by
all young & old Hindu activists of this life altering development has become
unavoidable and necessary.
The events of the recent
past stand as an irrefutable evidence how Jihadist and Maoist aided and abated
by India’s neighbors and pseudo secularists have seriously compromised and
weakened the national security. "India’s national security and national unity
related problems today are not only terrorism, threat of Talibanization,
Maoists, corruption and casteism, which increasingly collide with its national
interests, but also the characterless politicians managing its governing
apparatus. It is probably the deepest fault line in the country today."
Politicians charged with the responsibility of defending and enhancing national
interests are for the most part divorced from ideological convictions, patriotic
zeal and principles. Their self interests take precedence upon national interest
and every thing else.
The modern rulers
manipulate the political system and use “divide and rule” policy of the colonial
years, unconstitutional favoritism and the methodology of “reservations” to
promote minorityism which in turn strengthens their goal of marginalizing the
legitimate Indian majority. This strategy does not only deprive Hindus of their
rightful place in India’s governing system but also strengthens the belief of
the religious minorities that being separate from the main stream is rewarding
and advantageous. It also boosts the culture of minorityism and separatism both
frightfully tocsic for national unity. National media by and large owned by
foreign interests does not bother to examine these aspects of Indian development
as their goals too are far distant from those of India’s.
1)
Vote banks: Tools of minorityism &
political corruption.
They have been
brought into being solely for gaining electoral advantages by keeping people
divided. In time their roles have transcended the electoral politics and are
being used to illegally and unethically reward members with political, economic,
educational, religious, employment and other advantages.
They are also utilized as
instruments of fracturing Hindu society into castes, sub-castes, Dalits, OBCs
and tribes and rewarding the defectors with special advantages.
This
way the controllers of the system not only shrink the size of the Hindu majority
but also neutralize its political arm while covering their failures in uplifting
the standard of living for Indians in general during the past six decades. In
the initial stages of
India’s independence such reward and special consideration might have had some
relevance. But maintaining it after more than half a century, as an instrument
of fracturing the Hindu society for political and communal purposes, is nothing
less than criminal.
2) Ask
Congress and its allies, why religion based benefits to Muslims?-
The divisive policies of creating two separate and
unequal Societies for Hindus & Muslims that promote disintegration must be
rejected.
Question must be asked as to why:
a) Despite
being a minority do Muslims have the first claim on national resources and why
are they given special grants in the five year plan? b) Why was the
infamous Sachar Commission
created in an attempt to legitimize the inadmissible treatment for Muslims? c)
Why were unjustifiable reservations created in jobs, education and even in
higher institutions of learning like IITs and IIMs for Muslims? d) Why are
Muslim and Christian students given disproportionately many more high value
scholarships in comparison to the SC and ST students, while the poor students
from the so called upper castes don't get even a "paisa"? (Attachment A & Ref.
1).
The
unconstitutional & Shocking Reverse Discrimination and appeasement must stop :
How
discriminatory and constitutionally unsound it is that on the one hand the
Indian Govt. subsidizes the "Hajj" pilgrimage of the Muslims to the tune of Rs. 400
crores annually (including subsidy to airlines), provides Rs. 1000 crores per
year for Imams salaries, and reservations are made on the basis of minority
status, but on the other hand the state authorities are crusading to destroy the
self- supporting foundations and structures of Hindu places of worship by
putting them under the control of a hostile political regime.
3) The high level
corruption as seen on July 22, 08 during the trust vote disgraced India: -
In this high
and corrupt political drama crores of rupees were allegedly paid for cross-
voting or abstaining from voting. This shameful spectacle, which horrified
Indian citizenry, was massively broadcast and printed by the media. The abuse of
power and trampling upon the constitution went on when about
half-a-dozen
convicted MPs were brought from Tihar and other jails to attend the
Parliamentary proceedings and vote.
Nowhere in the world but in
India is such
criminalization of parliamentary proceedings possible.
There are 543 MPs in the Lok Sabha. "Of them 117 have been charged and
are being investigated for murder, rape, assault, extortion and robbery.
Nineteen MPs have more than three criminal cases pending against them."
This has disgraced
India in the
world and encouraged corruption in all spheres while making criminality of
character glamorous and acceptable to a desensitized society (Ref 2, 3)
Last year an injurious and
a hurtful international treaty was signed to the detriment of India. And this
agreement was formalized without public discussion and Parliamentary approval as
required by law. The Premier violated his own commitment to the people and the
Parliament in this regard. In stead he went ahead and signed the one sided
nuclear deal in an inexplicable hurry, rendering his promise simply worthless.
In the US
however, the treaty was discussed and debated thoroughly in the Congress and
the concerns and suggestions from legislators, experts and strategists were duly
reflected in the agreement. (Ref 4)
4) The
coalition Govt. formed by Muslims, communists and Christians and headed by
Congress follows Macaulay's advice to break up the Hindu majority society to
rule
India.
Lord Macaulay in his address to British Parliament, (Feb 2, 1835) said: "I
have traveled across the length and breadth of
India and, I
have not found one person who is a beggar, who is a thief. Such wealth I have
seen in this country, such high moral values, people of such caliber, that I do
not think we would ever conquer this country, unless we break the very backbone
of this nation, which is her spiritual and cultural heritage....".
The attributes of India’s strength highlighted by the said Lord must be
reintroduced and strictly followed by the Indian society in its renaissance
towards ending corruption and misrule - the main stay of Congress Raj.
5)
Being a Govt. dependant upon the
support by minorities the Congress/UPA regime has on purpose adopted policies
that patronize minority religionists and penalize Hindus and Hinduism.
There exist volumes of evidence to prove this contention. A few irrefutable
instances are:-
a) violating
the faith of over a billion (100 crores) Hindus by questioning the existence
of Lord Ram and calling him a mythical being and by demolishing Ram Sethu to
further inflict injury upon the majority community's faith and religious
practices;
b) Letting
states usurp temples and Hindu religious properties in an attempt to regulate
Hinduism, control the Hindu religious infrastructure for Govt. profiteering and
to sabotage the self sufficiency of shrines;
c) remaining
indifferent on the arrest of the most revered H.H. Kanchi Shankaracharya in
Tamil Nadu, on phony charges over five years ago; though out of jail now he is
not yet exonerated. This has made a prime Hindu religious institution
dysfunctional;
d)
Concocting the phony idea of Hindu terrorism and arresting Sadhvi Pragya;
e)
Enforcing religion based reservations and Hajj subsidies for Muslims in
violation of the secular constitution thus re-imposing Jaziya tax on Hindus;
f) Remaining
indifferent, inactive and silent on cleansing of Hindus and Sikhs in
Kashmir;
6) How can
Congress/ UPA eradicate Terrorism - its policies and appeasement are meant to
encourage it?
Major terrorist strikes have taken place in
New Delhi,
Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Ayodhya, Mumbai,
Varanasi,
Hyderabad, Malegaon, Panipat, Ajmer, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Faizabad, Kashmir,
Jammu, multiple attacks in Assam, etc. killing Hindu men, women and children by
the thousands. In these terrorists attacks nothing not even Govt. offices,
Parliament, court houses, hospitals, police, railway and bus stations and above
all Hindu temples, homes and market places were spared. This should give an idea
about the magnitude and strength of the terrorist networks and organizations
within India engaged in executing anti-India and anti-Hindu agenda. Even the
Ex-Home Minister Patil admitted that presently there were more than 800
terrorist cells in India.
It must
be noted that, due to stringent measures taken in the
US, not a
single terrorist explosion has occurred after the devastating one on the World
Trade Center in New York on
September 11,
2001.
But in
India such
attacks take place on every day basis and the incompetent authorities do nothing
but issue meaningless condemnatory statements. The current lull seems to be a
matter of strategy for the Jihadists and does not represent any change in their
policy.
7)
Congress/ UPA regime - a proxy regime for Islamists -
must go; it has shredded the concept of national unity "one people”, “one
nation” and “one flag”.
When the Premier makes a preposterous public declaration that the Muslims, a
small national minority, has the first claim upon the national resources, he
simply betrays his lack of belief in democracy and exhibits his extreme
opportunism. Using the same divisive philosophy and ill-logical argument he has
granted them and Christians a number of unconstitutional privileges as stated
earlier. He and his team have polarized people by pitting one community against
the other on the basis of religion, abetting distrust and hatred among
Indians and building politically motivated permanent walls of separation between
the minorities and the mainstream.
Failure to
dislodge the ruling clique would be equal to leaving
India in the
hands of fragmentists.
The current
regime’s appeasement policies have enabled the Islamists in
India to set
up more than 800 active cells (4,000 by some estimates) during the past few
years, as confirmed by the former Home Minister. With the regime at their back
the Jihadists have built the capacity to strike at India at will. The ever ready
collaboration of Pakistan, China and Bangladesh has given the Jihadis additional
teeth and potential to seriously erode and threaten the integrity of
India.
Under this scenario they could jointly choke India forcing her to compromise her
sovereignty and accept a new wave of partitions. The net result of the Sonia-
Singh regime’s alliance with such forces as a prelude to eventual balkanization
is that already a number of Islamic, Christian and communist islands throughout
the country have been firmly established.
8)
To free
India
from the unscrupulous political operatives and media and for setting up a true
democratic system, emergence of a new and young leadership is vital. As a matter
of fact such transformation is crucially important for not only survival but
building an independent and progressive nation.
The proposed new leadership must accept this formidable challenge by focusing on
urgent issues at all levels - in towns, districts and provinces but the
grassroots must remain the focal point. Their central task would be to inform,
educate, guide and lead the public. For instance Mr. Obama, after graduating
from Harvard, passed over many great financial opportunities and high level
positions and became a community organizer in
South Chicago
with a mission. Eventually he became a state &
US
senator and rose to be the present of
USA.
Is there any reason why this model could not be replicated in India?
9)
New Organizations should set up
grass root units and clusters, pool talents and resources and train new cadres.
Such independent yet inter linked units could have full
autonomy to use their talent, attain ideological clarity, - master oratory and
perform constructive role in community building in different ways. During the
election cycles they may even participate in electoral process. Such involvement
would offer opportunities to hundreds of concerned citizens in developing
leadership skills and entering various elected and decision making bodies.
The following
relevant quotes should offer some guidance and motivation:
a) “Take up
one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on idea.
Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea,
and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.”
Swami
Vivekananda
b)
Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable... Every step toward the
goal of justice requires sacrifice, suffering, and struggle; the tireless
exertions and passionate concern of dedicated individuals.
Martin Luther
King, Jr.
10) Revivalist
movement a must:
Regrettably sixty years after independence, national security, democratic way of
governing and Hinduism are under assault as never before. Given the lethality of
the attack, it is time to urgently build a mass movement (perhaps Gandhian
style) for spreading "intense awareness" targeted towards restoring an
egalitarian democratic government. Electing legislators and leaders dedicated to
education, grassroots economic development of the economically weak, deprived
and ignored and religious freedom to Hindus can immensely help.
Liberating the temples and
their estates from the draconian Govt. control must receive a priority
treatment. In the process of massive reformation the best and the brightest must
find an appropriate place for contributing actively. Opponents of the national
unity who use Godhra riots as the prime reason for defending the out dated
status quo must be reminded of the Hindu Genocide
and sufferings at the hands of their patrons in which millions of lives were
lost and properties worth trillions of dollars was plundered.
(Appendix B & Ref 5, 6).
In the campaign of new
awakening towards achieving positive transformation the "dharma" and "desh
sewaks" would need to be knowledgeable on issues confronting the nation: i) They
must have basic knowledge of national history and of Hinduism which has been the
binding thread of the Indian nation ii) some knowledge and history of other
religions; iii) knowledge of current affairs; and iv) the art of effective
communication. Assigning a mentor for each segment of the organization with
experience devoted to the cause could be helpful. In
view of the extremely precarious and hostile situation faced by our Samaj each
Hindu family may be called upon
to volunteer a person as
"Desh Sewak" for
devoting some time and energy towards building the revivalist movement.
11) The
central themes of the revivalist movement may include issues from the following
areas:
a) Public awareness about
the current corrupt governance, imminent threats to national security and
reformation of electoral process.
b) Preservation and
autonomy of the Hindu temples, their religious infrastructure and cultural
centers; their governance by autonomous Hindu Boards, The process of freeing
temples could start with a powerful demand for co-opting Hindu Advisory
Councils. These Councils will expand transparency, guidance and oversight till
denationalization. (Ref 7).
c) Organizing sewa
projects and work for integration of Dalits, OBCs and the disadvantaged in the
mainstream and by supporting and encouraging their participation with equality
in every walk of Hindu community life.
d) Amending the divisive
Article 30 of the Constitution and allow Hindu organizations the same benefits
as the similar minority entities.
e) Movement for equality
and against the preferential treatment for all religious formations in the
country. The discriminatory policies of the Govt. must be contested with full
force as they are against the constitution and all ethical standards. (The
Article 15(1) which clearly stipulates that "The state shall not discriminate
any citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or any
of them".) The Govt. cannot and must not be allowed to enforce the constitution
selectively for benefiting its prospective voters (attachment A). Democracy,
justice and fairness demand that the application of the provisions of the
Constitution be universal.
f) Necessary support to the
nation’s farmers and saving them from economically ruinous situation that leads
to thousands of suicides annually.
g) Building an all
important Hindu awareness movement with transformational agenda to unify,
strengthen and energize the nation.
h) Act as public watch dog
agency and keep an eye on how funds are managed and spent by various branches of
Govt. Frequent reports of major scams involving thousands of crores of rupees
must be thoroughly exposed, investigated and brought to the attention of general
public.
i)
The new cadre of Hindu sewaks
must work with the Dalits and the OBCs and make sure that the
funds allotted to them, reach them and are spent for their welfare and are not
siphoned off by socio-political sharks. The undeserving and unconstitutional
largesse to minority communities made available for religious or political
considerations must be eliminated.
j) Use of Electronic voting
machines (EVMs) without a proper and verifiable paper trail renders the
electoral process vulnerable to manipulation. Note should be taken of the fact
that many of the advanced and European countries have altogether banned the use
of EVMs for their unreliable nature. Unless stealing the elections and
corrupting its process is the motive there is no reason why their operation
should be allowed in India the largest democracy in the world.
12) Dear
Activists and youth:
Currently India faces her greatest threat since independence. The worst fears of
India’s revolutionary fathers are being realized as powerful and externally
influenced elements have usurped the reigns of
India’s
governing apparatus and who are hell bent upon
destroying its religious infrastructure and culture. During these
abnormally turbulent times the people have two clear choices: Either take back
the country… or do nothing and become victims of the tyranny unleashed by a
power structure erected by corrupt political coalition of minority religionists
and communists more notably by Mullah’s, Marxists, missionary mafia and Maoist
criminals who seem bent upon fragmenting India into independent states
preferably to be ruled by them. Please do not ignore the continued appeasement
moves by Congress which effectively makes India a two nation country with
special status and privileges for Muslims. Such privileged and royal treatment
eventually builds tendencies of separatism leading to demand for separate
nationhood or partitions.
Politics is the
Art of Kshatriyas (Shri Aurobinbo):
Those who aspire to rule a billion people must train themselves to be
Kshatriyas and take up the arduous work of public service and exposition of a
national vision year round - rather than showing up at election time. Now it
should be obvious that it is not magical slogans or campaigning by celebrities
but continuous representation and service of the community that would enthuse
and get the agents of change support from the workers and electorate.
Replacing the current
system built on alien influences and ideologies, moral bankruptcy and corrupt
political practices would in deed be a formidable challenge. Plundering of
India, stealing temple wealth, destroying Indian culture and diverting Hindu tax
rupees for Hajj subsidies, mosque and church construction, Mullah Pensions,
missionary training and lavish luxury life style of secularists cannot be
stopped without a non-violent but mass rebellion, non-cooperation and multitude
of sacrifices against the corrupt discriminatory policies.
These are disturbing and
uneasy times for India, Hindus and Hinduism. Therefore, taking emergency and
expeditious measures for defeating the evil forces and organize national revival
through good governance is imperative. This task cannot be accomplished without
many dedicated youth coming forward as foot soldiers, reformers, guides and
leaders. Such resolute and mass drive is also necessary in their self interest
to safeguard their own future and that of their families and children. We can
ignore only at our own peril the continued appeasement initiatives by the ruling
clique which is progressively converting
India
in to a two nation country with special privileges and status for Muslims.
Thanks to the policies of the present day rulers of India, the Hindus continue
to pay “Jaziya” to Muslims, as if their occupation and criminal rule of India
never ended.
For the good of
India, her civilization, immense spirituality and culture, this regime so
punitive for Hindus and Hinduism must be sent packing and in its place a
government that thinks Indian, breathes Indian and is dedicated to
unquestionably protecting its citizens must be voted in. The soldiers of the
revivalist crusade must awaken the suppressed will of the masses for fighting
and defeating the deviant, corrupt and power hungry sharks and regenerate a
powerful tide of change. Under the prevailing conditions that seems to be the
only surest way of liberating
India and her
culture.

The Religion
based discriminatory policy in education:
Under this upside down policy the scheduled cast students have been receiving
lump sum grant as ANNUAL educational aid at the rate of Rs.140/- for lower
primary level, Rs.220/- for upper primary level and Rs.330/- for the high school
level. But the newly introduced plan of scholarships for minority students has
elevated this support system to Rs.10, 000/- per year limited to two students in
a family whose annual income is less than one lakh rupees. In fact, the Paloly
Mohammed Committee report went one more step forward and based on his
recommendations, Muslim girls shall receive scholarship of Rs.3000/- at
degree level, Rs.4000/- at post graduate level and Rs.5000/- for professional
courses. Additionally, the Muslim girls shall receive stipend while preparing
for competitive exams. The non-Muslim and discriminated girls will pay
the price for being Hindus.
In
case of higher education for MBBS, PG and Research, The SC/ST students must get
60% marks and are allowed Rs. 3960 per year (Rs 330/ per month), but the
religion based minorities need to have only 50% marks and the degree, PG
students get Rs 6550/ per year while the M.Phil, Ph. D, students get Rs 35,100/
on yearly basis . This inequality is extremely prejudicial to Hindu students and
must be done away with.
Additional
discrimination against Hindu students. –
The Hindu
students get loans at much higher interest rates i.e., 12 to 14 per cent per
annum but minority students get student loan at 3 percent per annum
from the National Minority Development & Finance Corporation under the Union
Ministry of Finance. This constitutes yet another financial disincentive for
being a part of the Hindu family. The proponents of this discriminatory policy
promoting inequality in the ranks of our young generation must be sent packing.
In
the field of commercial ventures to start a new business
Hindu youth
get loans from commercial banks at 15 to 18 per cent interest rates
and have to
arrange ‘margin money’ of 15 to 40 per cent of the project cost from their
private sources, balance comes from the bank. But minority youth have to put in
only 5 per cent of project cost as margin money from their private source, other
35 percent is given by the National Minority Development & Finance Corporation
at 3 percent interest, and remaining 60 percent of finance is given by
commercial banks at two percentage points less than general lending rate for
Hindus. Why this step motherly treatment for Hindu students? They should not
have to suffer financial penalties for being Hindus.

Attachment B
A Broad
summary of instances of atrocities and injustices inflicted upon Hindus by the
Muslims:
a) Genocide of some 50-
100 million Hindus by some estimates during 700 years of cruel Islamic tyranny
including Hindu Kush - the worst in the history of mankind, and demolition,
vandalizing and looting of tens of thousands of temples and conversion to
mosques;
b) They massacred some
20,000 people in Calcutta in August 1946 in three days to force Congress to
accept partition against Mahatma Gandhi's declaration of "Partition over my dead
body";
c) Massacre of millions
Hindus and Sikhs during the partition in 1947;
d) Over three million,
mostly Hindus were massacred in East Pakistan, now Bangladesh, and the exodus of
some 9 million Bangladeshi Hindus to India as refugees in early 1970's, when the
Indian army had to intervene to rescue the populace;
e)
These self styled Islamist victims have expelled, exterminated and ethnically
cleansed the entire Hindu and Sikh populations from
Kashmir
region since 1989;
f) The recent incessant
terrorist Jihadist attacks in various parts of India have cost hundreds of
lives.
g) Forcible conversion of millions of Hindus into Islam.
In fact 98 % of Muslims in
India are a converted
lot. A
particular note should be taken of the fact that there was not a single Muslim
in India prior to 711 AD.
h) Imposition of Jazzia
(penalty tax) on Hindus for not becoming Muslims.
i)
Thirty million Bangladeshi Muslims have
illegally infiltrated in to
India
thereby stressing India’s economy, civil society and posing a security threat.
j) The ethnic cleansing of
Hindus & Sikhs in Pakistan where they are now less than one percent reduced from
over 23 percent at the time of partition and in Bangladesh where they are
now about 8 percent from over 30 percent at the time of partition in 1947.
