UN OWES AN APOLOGY TO PEOPLE OF INDIA

UN AGENCY ENCOURAGES TERRORISTS IN KASHMIR

India a testing ground for terrorist techniques

            Without seriously considering the consequences of its premature statement on the unverified human rights violations in Kashmir, the United Nations by asking India to straighten up its human rights act in Kashmir, in effect has extended its support and legitimacy to the Islamic terrorism via the US based Islamist organizations engaged in supporting the separatist and terrorists activities in India’s Kashmir. The protest call by the Kashmir American Council headed by a noted US furniture dealer in association with other Jihadi Sleeper Cell groups today in front of the UNO was encouraged by the UN-HCHR (High Commissioner for Human Rights) complacency.

            The inadvertent encouragement for jihadists by UN and unjustified criticism of India in effect has ignored the fact that atrocities in Kashmir were actually committed by Islamists themselves who killed tens of thousands of Hindus and Sikhs in the region since 1989 (over 65,000 by some estimates) and drove out more than 350,000 Kashmiri Hindus and Sikhs into exile, after thousands of them were tortured and maimed and thousands of Hindu females were molested and forcibly converted to Islam. These were some of the charges contained in a strongly worded missive sent by two representatives of the Forum for Secularism & Development, (USA) - (TFSD)- Drs. Jagan Kaul and Krishan Bhatnagar, to Ban Ki-Moon, the UN Secretary General accusing the UN-HCHR of extending its support to Jihadists for establishing “Nizam-e-Mustafa” in Kashmir.

            The TFSD missive charged that if the UN Agency had cared to review the history of atrocities committed by Islamists in India it would have found glaring examples of genocide, ethnic cleansing and massacres. It would also have found the gory details of the process of desecration, loot, vandalizing and destruction of Hindu temples that continued in J&K under the anti-Hindu Islamic rule through generations with intent to wipe out all traces of religious and cultural symbols of Hindus. After Kashmir’s accession to India the destruction of Hinduism and its infrastructure under the new Islamic regimes wearing secular turbans received added impetus and acceleration. Consequently during the past two decades with the help of Al Qaeda, Taliban and Pakistan trained terrorists additional hundreds of temples were destroyed.

            The relentless terrorist bomb explosions, the missive charged, took place in all parts of the country killing as many Hindus in India as Americans were in five years of war in Iraq. Apart from recent multiple explosions in New Delhi major terrorist strikes have taken place in Bangalore, Ayodhya, Mumbai, Varanasi, Hyderabad, Malegaon, Panipat, Ajmer, Ludhiana, lucknow, faizabad, etc. killing Hindu men, women and children by the hundreds. In these terrorists attacks nothing not even Govt. offices, Parliament,  court houses, police, railway and bus stations and above all Hindu temples, homes and market places were spared. Referring to the existence and destructive operations of dangerous terrorist networks, Home Minister Shivraj Patil, confirmed that there were more than 800 terrorist cells run by Islamists in various regions of India. Indications are clear that India is being used as “testing ground” for terrorist subversion techniques to be replicated elsewhere in the world.

            Yet the irresponsible officials and agencies of the United Nations failed to take a serious note of these developments. With India being home to the second largest Muslim population in the world these explosions and the resultant death and destructions were meant among other things to administer a stern warning to Hindu India that it will not be allowed to survive and rule against the wishes of Osama bin Laden, Mullah Omar and Islamists. The groundless UN criticism of India has only strengthened their resolve.

            Before questioning the Human rights record of India the UN failed to take note of:

a) Islamists having killed 50-100 million Hindus during the 700 years of rule by terror, plunder, arson and building 98% of the Islamic population by forcible conversion;

b) 20,000 killed in Calcutta by Islamists in 1946 to force partition on Congress;

c) Millions of Sikhs & Hindus killed during the partition in 1947;

d) Over three million Hindus killed in East Pakistan; exodus of 9 million Bangladeshi Hindus into India; and illegal infiltration by additional 30 million Bangladeshi Muslims;

e) Expulsion of the entire Hindu-Sikh population from Kashmir and PoK;

f) Ethnic cleansing of Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistan where they are now less than 1% reduced from over 25% in 1947. In Bangladesh where the non-Muslims were more than 30% in 1947 they have been reduced to less than 8%. Is this what the UN is promoting by questioning India’s human rights record?

We challenge the UN to compare and contrast the human rights record of any of the 57 Islamic countries in the world, particularly relevant to their minority populations, against India – and it will know the truth.

            Regrettably, the TFSD rejoinder charged, justice minded UN, despite its charter and mandate, not to speak of any ameliorative action, did not have a word of sympathy for the Hindus during the massive ethnic cleansing of historic proportions. Doesn’t a billion plus Hindu population of the world have any significance for the UN?

            In view of the massive atrocities on Hindus the recent criticism of India by OHCHR is absolutely uncalled for, the two TFSD representatives said. The world body owes an apology to the people of India for unjustly accusing them of doing something which they did not do. Apparently when the role of the UN has been reversed and aggressors are now given a pat on the back what can a peace loving country like India expect from it? These ignorant operatives of the global order forgot that Kofi Annan (former UN Secretary General) had asserted that “The UN Resolutions on Kashmir had become outdated and irrelevant and therefore, inoperative”. Yet under your leadership, TFSD leaders charged, the Kashmiri Islamists were given a shot in the arm by an irresponsible UN agency. How laudable it is for the UN to take swift action on a petition by Islamists full of concoctions yet not give a hoot about the destruction of the entire Hindu-Sikh society of Kashmir? The Hindu-Sikh society of Kashmir has been completely uprooted and disintegrated and their human, economic, social, religious and citizenship rights have been trampled upon by the soldiers of Jihad. But evidently that was not enough for the UN to act.

            The TFSD representatives warned the UN against ignoring the Islamist crusade in Kashmir and its links with Pan-Islamic militancy and systematic terrorist violence spread by Pakistan and the mounting Jihadist terror attacks across India. These ultras have targeted the entire Indian subcontinent for Islamic subversion. And any miscalculation by the UN, as demonstrated by the above irresponsible statement, is likely to engulf about a dozen countries in the Indian sub-continent in an unprecedented civil strife and ethnic cleansing involving about two billion people into a blood bath the world has never seen.

            The TFSD representatives asked Mr. Ki-Moon instead of encouraging terrorist blazes across the region to advise the Islamist terrorists in disguise to help solve the more than half a century old Kashmir conflict by a) calling upon Pakistan & China to end occupying Kashmiri territories; b) rehabilitate the Hindu-Sikh community in an autonomous region under their own authority and restore their properties illegally occupied; c) rebuilding more than 500 Hindu temples destroyed by Islamists; d) punishing Islamists who engaged in ethnic cleansing and genocidal acts; and, e) allowing the persecuted regions of Jammu and Ladakh autonomous status.

            Concluding their sharp criticism of the UN the TFSD representatives asked the Secretary General to reject the tactical petitions and demonstrations by terrorists in disguise who are trying to gain the sympathy and support of the UN for promoting the agenda of Al Qaeda and its prophet Osama bin Laden: “We are looking forward to your urgent action for denying the terrorists the opportunity of exploiting and abusing the UN thereby help curb the spread of the death and destruction they perpetrate in South Asia”.
